BET earlier announced Katt Williams will return as host of the third annual BET HIP HOP AWARDS. The show is scheduled for Saturday, October 18 at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center in Atlanta, this exciting primetime special will pay homage to urban music and culture, and will premiere on the network on Thursday, October 23 at 8:00 p.m.

Yes you read It right, Lil' Wayne Is up there 12 times, Bangladesh Is up for Best Producer of 2008! Just for having 1 hit, he Is nowhere to be seen today. Heven't even heard of 3/5 best Dj's nominees, American Gangster? Kanye West lyricist of the year? Man o man, I can go on for days.
