The year of Lil' Wayne rolls on as it was announced today he is nominated for 3 Hip Hop/Rap awards. The nominations include: "Artists of the Year," "Favorite Album-Rap/Hip-Hop" and "Favorite Male Artist-Rap/Hip-Hop".
For Artist of The Year he is up against Coldplay, Eagles, and Alicia Keys.
For Favorite Rap/Hip Hop Album he is up against Jay-Z's American Gangster, Kanye West's Graduation.
For Favorite Rap/Hip Hop Male Artist He is up against Flo Rida, and Kanye West.
Other notables are Kanye with 2 nods, Alicia Keys leading the whole event with 5, Coldplay and The eagles both with 4 and Crhis Brown with 3.
Both Ne-yo and Rihanna are scheduled performers.
